Project Type: High-rise Condominium
Location: Si-Ayutthaya Road, Bangkok Thailand
Area: 118,850 sqm.

Phayathai Road is characterized by an expansive eight-lane roadway that creates a physical divide between both sides of the street. The surrounding environment is largely defined by concrete structures and minimal greenery. In response, our design aims to introduce a more integrated and organic spatial experience—bringing nature into the project while reflecting the energetic urban lifestyle of its residents.

The design explores the contrast between natural elements and the man-made urban landscape. By dividing the building mass into four vertical towers, we break down the scale of the original large structure, reducing its visual impact. This interplay of architectural forms is enhanced by their juxtaposition, highlighting both the built and natural aspects.

Green spaces are intentionally woven into the architecture and made visible from the outside, softening the overall appearance. Much like grass and trees emerging from stone formations, these landscaped areas are integrated subtly yet purposefully, creating a harmonious and enduring presence within the urban fabric.
