For centuries, the Banan people have prospered amid mountains and rivers, creating an ecologically and culturally rich heritage. We aim to balance progress with preservation, harmonizing industrial growth with the region's unique landscapes. By cherishing local elements and nurturing innovation, we create a mutual boost for ecology and progress, generating a fresh urban-rural synergy.
This approach takes shape through three thematic orientations, varying in scale and function. These orientations crystallize into distinct Banan characteristic cells, each with its own trajectory, spatial attributes, and functions. These cells interweave into a network of blue and green spaces. They serve as multifunctional hubs, preventing single-purpose dominance. Diverse stakeholders collaboratively shape a vibrant urban park.

Employing renewable energy technology within urban areas, we've implemented systems for recycling and reusing urban sewage and rainwater. Across various communities, organic waste undergoes processing to produce valuable fertilizers, which can be effectively utilized in agricultural groups or community farms.
Three Distinct Zones
North / Smart HQ Town
A town centered around the concept of smart industry, seamlessly linking mountains and lakes. The integration of multifaceted functions and a lively waterfront corridor are pivotal spatial attributes of this region.
Middle / Smart New Town
The new city center boasts exceptional landscape assets, including two mountains, two lakes, and a river. A cloud cable spanning from east to west interconnects the natural components and spatial nodes of the new city in a continuous sequence, offering adaptable spaces.
South / Smart HQ Town
The forthcoming agri-tech center and experimental farm embody a contemporary rendition of Banan's agricultural heritage. Winding rivers foster a cluster of pioneering biotechnology enterprises, akin to gazelles thriving in their natural habitat. As the river ascends, quaint villages nestle at the mountain's base.
